    TERROIR

    Granite arena slopes. Acidic and poor soils.

    WINEMAKING

    Vinification in small vats with daily punching down.

    BREEDING

    18 months, including 12 in barrels aged 3 years.

    TASTING

    Deep and luminous garnet color, with purple reflections. The intense nose gains in precision with aeration. We then perceive scents of stewed black fruits, leather, spices, and woody notes. On the palate, power combines with deliciousness: this 2019 vintage stands out for its superb balance. The tannins are melted and support the fleshy and velvety texture of this wine, with good aging potential.

    SERVICE TIPS

    Serve between 18°C ​​and 20°C. Decant 2 hours before serving.

    CONSERVATION

    Drink within 10 years.
